Directly from Hable One website: If you need to repair your Hable One, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please email support with your request for return before shipping the package. Simply send the keyboard in its original packaging to Hable One BV in Eindhoven.

If the product is undamaged, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. You will need to cover the costs of return shipment, and during the 14-day period, you must handle the product and packaging with care.
